Abelcet (amphotericin B lipid complex) Injection is an antifungal antibiotic used to treat a variety of serious fungal infections. Abelcet is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • chills,
  • dizziness,
  • headache,
  • flushing,
  • shaking,
  • shortness of breath, or
  • fast breathing 1 to 2 hours after the infusion is started

  • Ambisome (amphotericin b)
  • Impavido (miltefosine capsules)
  • Tolsura (itraconazole capsules)
  • Onpattro (patisiran lipid complex injection)
